The Oregon School Activities Association announced the final standings for the 4A OSAA Cup with three eastern Oregon schools finishing up the year with a top 10 placement.

The Cup is based on a school’s participation and finishes in OSAA state championships combined with finishes in the All-State Academic program. Schools also gain points when having no ejections during a varsity sport by both players and coaches but forfeit points when an ejection occurs.

La Grande finished in third after the points were totaled behind only Philomath and champion Scappoose. The Tigers put up 3.052.5 points for the year.

Pendleton ended the year just outside the top five, placing sixth with a 2,712.5-point total. Completing the top ten schools from around the state, Baker placed ninth in the standings with 2,456.65 points.

Ontario wrapped up the year in 27th after putting together 1,158.3 points.
