Although not officially the cross country season, numerous eastern Oregon runners made their way to the Steens Mountain High Altitude Running Camp on July 19. In addition to running through wilderness and camping in the outdoors for the duration of the camp, runners also experienced no cell service, iPods, tablets, and DVD players!
