#9 Echo (22-6 overall) versus #1 Union (24-2 overall) at Baker High School, 1:30 pm After taking a win over #8 Trout Lake/Glenwood, Echo meets Union, a winner over #17 Powder Valley. This is a game involving two Old Oregon League teams that met each other at the district tournament on Feb. 21. The Bobcats escaped that game with a 55-53 victory.
#5 Jordan Valley (24-3 overall) versus #4 Country Christian (23-5 overall) at Baker High School, 3:15 pm The Mustangs cruised at home over #12 New Hope Christian while Country Christian had to fight to the buzzer before winning over #13 Southwest Christian. This is High Desert versus Skyline League with New Hope Christian losing four of their last seven while the Mustangs have taken a victory in their last eight games.
#6 North Douglas (23-4 overall) versus #3 Crane (22-5 overall) at Baker High School, 6:30 pm North Douglas rolled #11 Rogue Valley Adventist in second round action while Crane fell behind early before taking an easy victory over #19 Umpqua Valley Christian. North Douglas rides a five-game win streak while the Mustangs have won their last two games after being beat by Jordan Valley in the High Desert League tournament final game.
#7 North Clackamas Christian (22-5 overall) versus #2 Imbler (22-4 overall) at Baker High School, 8:15 pm A pair of 22 win teams meet after North Clackamas Christian blew out #10 North Lake/Paisley in round two and Imbler handled #15 St. Paul with ease. North Clackamas Christian has not seen a loss since Feb. 7 while the Panthers ride a 15-game win streak.
