4A GIRLS STATE BASKETBALL SEMIFINALS

#11 Baker versus #2 Stayton at Forest Grove High School, 3:15 pm The Bulldogs have already downed the three seed and the sixth seed and now face the second seed. Stayton, the champions of the Oregon West Conference, post only a single loss for the season, a one point loss to Philomath.   

4A GIRLS CONSOLATION SEMIFINALS

#4 La Grande versus #8 Crook County at Forest Grove High School, 9 am After a loss to Cascade, the Tigers enter the consolation bracket to meet Crook County after the Cowboys fell to Philomath by a score of 35-53.

4A BOYS STATE BASKETBALL SEMIFINALS

#5 Baker versus #1 Cascade at Forest Grove High School, 6:30 pm After coming from eight points down to take a win over Crook County, the Bulldogs are back in action, taking on top seeded Cascade. We will see what coach Jones learned from a game back on Jan. 17 that saw Cascade hand Baker a 58-65 loss. Cascade lists only two players under six feet.
