With thoughts turning to winter sports and the fall season completed, the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) released the grade point averages of the 2A football teams from around the state.
Included in those squads with above a 3.0 average were both Grant Union and Weston-McEwen/Griswold.
The Prospectors closed out the football year with a 3.09 average, just ahead of the TigerScots average of 3.02.
