Both the Nyssa and McLoughlin volleyball teams were successful on the court and in the classroom during this past season.
The Bulldogs of Nyssa ended the volleyball year eighth in the state standings in academic performance with a team average 3.95 grade point average.
Just out of the top 10 but still above a 3.0, the Pioneers averaged a 3.53 grade point average.
