MARIST HIGH SCHOOL – Only two members of the La Pine Hawks cross country team made the trip to Marist High School on Friday, Sept. 9 to take part in the Marist XC Invite, but both returned home with high finishes.
Hawk senior Wyatt Montgomery finished his day with a third place showing, posting a season best time of 16 minutes, 26.1 seconds.
La Pine senior Ashley Jentzsch placed 11th in the girls’ race with a time of 22:13.7.
