ONTARIO – The Burns baseball team only needed six innings before boarding back on the bus and heading home after taking care of the Ontario Tigers, 10-0 in nonleague action of Friday, March 1 in Ontario.
Burns used a five-run fourth inning and added the two needed runs in the sixth to close out the game.
Senior Jaden Tiller led the Burns offense with three runs batted in on four at bats and two runs. Kevin Peasley, Devan Otley-Smith and Carter Lardy each were credited with a RBI.

Garrett Johnson went six innings pitching for Burns, striking out six Ontario batters and allowing only three hits.
Cole Harris picked up the loss for the Tigers, going all six innings. Harris allowed 10 runs on 10 hits while striking out four Hilanders.
Christian Seal picked up two hits at his three times batting.
