The High Desert League champion Crane Mustangs walked away with both player and coach of the year awards as the league announced end of the year awards on Monday, Nov. 29.
Mustang sophomore Kortney Doman picked up the player of the year award and was joined by her coach, Lindsay Robertson as coach of the year.
Eight Crane players made the listing while six Adrian Antelopes were named. Six Jordan Valley players also made the listing and Prairie City had four players named as honorees.
The future of the High Desert appears bright as 16 players will return next season to their respective teams.
