GOL Boys Basketball Teams Score In Classroom

Their records may differ on the court, but all four boys teams of the 4A Greater Oregon League finished close in scoring when it came to the classroom.

The Oregon Schools Activities Association (OSAA) released teams’ grade point averages for the recent winter sports season. Baker, with a 3.68, finished fifth among the state’s 4A boys basketball teams followed closely by Pendleton in sixth after a mark of 3.62.

Both Ontario and La Grande also made the listing of teams above a 3.0 with Ontario finishing the season with a 3.19 while La Grande wrapped up the year with a 3.15.
