Competing against larger schools, the Enterprise Outlaws returned home with a second and third place team standing after taking part in the Runner Soul XC Fest held on Saturday on the grounds of Sandstone Middle School.
The Enterprise boys finished second behind West Valley of Yakima while the girls grabbed third place behind first place Kennewick and second place Hermiston.
Hermiston’s Amanda Nygard crossed the line in third place, posting a time of 21 minutes, .07 seconds. Enterprise’s Ellyse Tingelstad was fourth just over a second behind Nygard.
In the boys’ competition, The Outlaws’ Henry Coughlan crossed the line in second place. He was joined by teammate Zac Knapp in fourth place.
