REDMOND – Dufur junior Tora Timinsky picked up a third place individual finish as the OSAA 4A/3A/2A/1A girls golf state tournament completed action on Tuesday, May 17 at the Eagle Crest Ridge Course in Redmond.
After shooting a 73 on day one, Timinsky fired a 77 on day two to finish 7-over for the tournament. The Dufur team placed fifth in the team standings while La Grande placed sixth. Baker/Powder Valley ended the two days in eighth.
La Pine sophomore Hailey Smith finished just outside the top ten in 11th, carding a 183 for the two days.
