BAKER – Baker/Powder Valley senior Palmer Chandler beat his teammate and fellow senior Jaxon Logsdon by two strokes as both led the Bulldogs to a team title on Senior Night at the Quail Ridge Golf Course on Monday, April 28 at the Baker Boys Invite.
The Baker/Powder Valley boys dominated the field, beating second place Pendleton/Griswold by 28 strokes. McLoughlin grabbed third place while Burns took fourth.
Along with Chandler and Logsdon, the Bulldogs saw junior Elias Long grab a top five finish, placing fifth after shooting an 80. Burns junior Coltin Miller grabbed third with a 78 while Pendleton/Griswold senior Dakota Malin was fourth with a 79.
The Pioneers saw junior Michael Partin grab seventh with a 82 and Vale sophomore Zach Crismon took a top 10 finish in ninth with a 85.
