Greater Oregon League Names Football’s Bests

The top GOL player on offense will be back on the field next season as coaches of the 4A Greater Oregon League recently voted Pendleton junior Tugg McQuinn as the Offensive Player of the Year. Crook County senior Garrett Stefanek picked up the award on the defensives side of the ball.

Crook County’s Pard Smith was voted Coach of the Year.

In total, 17 Buckaroos garnered all-league nods. La Grande players picked up 15 names on the list and Baker saw eight Bulldogs voted by the coaches to all-league. Ontario celebrated 10 players named.
