ADRIAN – The Adrian boys basketball team grabbed the second win of the year, getting by the Crane Mustangs, 64-54 on Friday, May 28.
The Antelopes built a quick 7-0 margin before Crane finally placed the first points on the board with a free throw. A long jumper pulled the Mustangs to within four points at 9-5.
In the first half of play, Crane played with only four players on the floor. Having only five varsity players on the roster, a cut above the eye of a Mustang player resulted in only four on the floor for just over four minutes of play.

Even playing four on five, Crane trailed 21-38 at the half.
Hot shooting by the Lopes resulted in a 50-36 lead at the end of the three and Adrian closed out the ten-point victory.
